If its a brush truck I'd say yes.

I prefer the look of the single cab, but I suppose in most cases crew cab is more practical. But never extended/quad.

  2. I'm deciding which one. I only have enough bricks to build one ladder truck. Thoughts

@Rylie Davis It is hard for me to use cause I've been using Stud.io for forever, but I'd just say be patient.

No, you can't use mecabricks on a mobile device. Trust me, I've tried. It's hard to use on desktop, but you need the arrow keys and stuff to rotate pieces.

Not sure what you're saying about the look Rylie. I'm saying put a new Spartan cab on the straight stick in the bottom pic and build that.

@Joshua B ohh. The top one had a old spartan/h&w cab. From the angle it looks like a new spartan cab

  3. I don't know if anyone ever realized this or not since I haven't seen it on spartan pumpers in the LFC but the space between the front bumper and fender is longer than the space between the back of the fender and the pump. I just realized it myself. Let me know if this is news to you or im just an idiot.

Are you talking about the cab length or step length? Steps is what I’m talking about. I always make the cab longer forward of the wheel.

Oh, yeah I’ve always done that. I just inset the bumpers into the cab so at first glance you wouldn’t notice.

  4. Cool truck. I've seen this in real life doing strokesbasket training but couldn't get a pic. 📷 kittitas county fire district 7

I used to be great at building that type of cab but I don’t have any photos of it.

  7. Couple firestation ideas

  8. For this rescue should I do a 4wide cab and 6wide body or a 6wide cab and 7wide body?

Would love to hear your thoughts!

Personally, I think this would be a good reference: 4 wide for cars, 5 wide for pickups and suvs, 6 wide for trucks, 5-6 wide for medium duty ambos, 6 to 7 wide for large ambulances.

  11. Fords are great for parts When your ford breaks down🤣
  12. you guys can ask questions too by the way
  13. I know. I can definitely take down that strawberry cake
  14. I'll start out. Who here enjoys cake
  15. Rylie Davis

    Who here

the person below me topic is dieing but I still think it be fun to learn about each other outside of the hobby we all enjoy. We can ask questions to see what people enjoy or like. Youd ask a questions like for example "who here likes pizza" and if you like pizza you'd put a comment or a gif or emoji below the post. Enjoy
  16. Take a look at the hashtags 🤣 also this truck is too long

😂😂😂 Commercial pumpers were made to be top mounts IMO, but I agree this one looks like an excessively long top mount.

  17. Great scene. I'm thinking of doing a diorama of this gas station that is by where we are building a vacation house. This would make a great diorama
  18. Thanks and I can see that🤣. I do plan on changing the stripe to white to make it more like the real thing
  19. From the album: Brick elum volunteer fire department

this is engine 1 of brick elum vfd. It is a 2020 spartan erv s180 pumper. Credit for the spartan front goes to @Joshua B. Based off of cle elums spartan engine
  20. Brick elum vfd covers the town of brick elum which has a population of 5,000 they serve out of two stations.

    new finds

here's some finds from this weekend. On Friday I went to my local dollar tree and picked up a few hot wheels and matchbox cars. There pretty cool but don't have as much detail as greenlights do. For Easter I got a few greenlights from my grandma. I love the 2020 Ford utility in the New Jersey state police deco. The old tow truck and taxi are pretty cool.
  23. Got this cool f350 dually pickup from my parents. Pretty sweet. I also got uncle Eddie's rv from national lampoon Christmas vacation. My favorite Christmas movie. I put in a pic from the movie of the real rv
  24. I got a few greenlights today from my grandma since my birthday is on Tuesday. They are pretty sweet
  25. Hey Joshua. I purchased the Silverado off of Amazon and it was 10 dollars. A bit overpriced but I had to use up an Amazon gift card from Christmas 🎄
