  1. From the album: Project True North

Due to the extensive network of rivers and ponds in Winnipeg, Winnipeg has a large water rescue team that includes two specialty-built trucks. These trucks stationed at fire stations 3 and 23 and are 2017 Freightliner M2/Fort Garry Fire trucks water rescues. These trucks are very unique as not only is there an area for the crew to get changed in, the inflated zodiac boat is kept inside the truck in a rear compartment on a slide-out tray. Both these trucks are crossed staffed by the engines that there stationed with and both respond to all water rescue in the city.

  2. My second entry, the fire that changed me, in more ways then others. Slight word of warning though, this is not a happy or funny story, but it is a key moment in my life as I will explain along the way, and I changed the name of the family because of privacy reasons. Christmas eve 2007, just before 7pm. We were just having dinner, making jokes , just the usual firehouse banter. And just before dessert, tones " Engine 4534, Engine 4530, Ladder 4550, Battalion 4595, structure fire, restaurant Oriëntal Garden Northstreet 32, Arnemuiden" That was all we got at first, we knew the adres

  4. Well its been decided. What everyone knew as simple "Lego City" will slowly (and I mean slowly) but surely be made into San Brickardo. I need to order pieces but here are some things I'm working on: Converting the modular police station (old LCPF 2nd Division) into SBPD 8th Precinct, and making 4 Ford Crown Vic squad cars to go with it (plus a detective car I've already started on). All based off @ Joshs Crown Vic design. I'm gonna try to print some decals (unfortunately my printer is black and white so gonna try and find a way to get around that). Eventually (later on this summer)

  6. Wow, that's in intense and very sad story... Really had to get my feelings under control while reading... Thank you very much for sharing this with us my brother. Btw, we plan to come to Amsterdam this year. Maybe there is a option to meet. Just hit me a personal message.

  8. From the album: San Brickardo Police Department (SBPD)

Detectives from the 8th Precinct received their new detectives car today. Despite being a 2011 Ford Crown Victoria (@ Joshs design, first time built IRL to my knowledge) it was kept in relatively good shape (being previously assigned to the head of the uniform standard division). This car is only temporary and will likely be broken down for parts when I'm in the process of getting stuff for more San Brickardo MOCs. Looking forward to building the rest of the 8th precinct soon!

Both BVFD Tower Ladders (TL 2 and yet-unnumbered unit) are Pierce Velocity 2,000/1,000/Akron Foam 100' tower ladders. Each has a combi-tool on the front bumper as well as BLS gear in the under-cab compartment. They respond first due for any technical rescues or ladder mutual aids. They respond first due to structure fires, technical rescues and M/A requests for ladders from their stations. They are third due for brush and vehicle fires.
