Modular Police Station Rear Update

Under the suggestion of @Joshua B I updated the rear connection path between the parking pad and the rear door, while still keeping an aces point to the rest of the rear of the station.

The entire area is protected by a spike strip on the top of the wall (which now continues all the way down the back wall and partway around the far side) and the entire area is monitored by CCTV. Because the area is so out of view from the rest of the station I added a panic button so officers can get emergency help if a suspect they are transporting decides to attack them.
